BEACH VOLLEYBALL

Beach volleyball is an exciting sport for children and adults. You play it in an outside sand-based court. You use/ need a volleyball and a net. There are two players in each team. You must hit the ball so the other team can't return it. Touch the ball up to three times. Don't do double contact. You can jump high and move to any part of the court. You get points for a set of twenty-one points. At the end of the match, count your points. A high number of sets is good and a low number of sets is bad.

100 METRES RACE

100 metres race is an exciting sport for children and adults. You run it on a running track. You use special trainers and clothes. There are up to eight sprinters from different countries. You must run fast with a good timing. Don’t run before starting. Don’t hit the sprinters. You can run far and move your hands quickly. You get a timing when you finish. At the end of the race, a fast timing is good and a slow timing is bad.
